Congratulations for supporting Safer Internet Day 2024!
Safer Internet Day 2024 will be celebrated on Tuesday 6th February 2024.
As in previous years, SJOJ will be supporting and participating in this very important event.
Pupils will complete activities at school and home to ensure that they are kept up to date with online safety rules and also how to keep themselves safe whilst online.
A whole school approach will be taken, advertising the day and pupils sharing their ideas and work during our Safer Internet Day assemblies throughout that week.

The theme this year is:
Inspiring change? Making a difference, managing influence and navigating change online.
Being online can be tricky. To support children, we all play a part (teachers, school staff and parents/carers). Together, we can make sure that our children have a positive experience whilst online, by keeping up to date and regularly talking with our children about their experiences on line and what they do whilst online.
